Patch Town is a 2014 Canadian dark fantasy comedy film that features some strikingly similar themes or, you could say, conclusions on the meaning of "Cabbage Babies". It could very well be one of the weirdest movies ever made, and it has everything from farming babies that are born out of cabbages, to "re-education", memory wiping, and orphan adoptions...
