Psychokinetic Weather Influence with Dani Caputi

Dani Caputi is a doctoral candidate in atmospheric science at the University of California, Davis. She is conducting an experiment on psychokinetic influence of atmospheric turbulence.
Here she maintains that shamanistic traditions suggest that psychokinetic weather influence is not a matter of "control" but more a question of gently merging psychologically with a weather system and gently guiding or inviting a new pattern. She reviews the history of research in this domain and then describes her own experimental approach. She describes the nature of atmospheric turbulence and how it can be measured.
