Crazy Italy Earthquake Swarm, Deviation In Electron Beam at Particle Accelerator

After noticing a strange swarm pattern in Italy, i decided to do some digging. I pulled up the maps for the underground tunnels, fault lines systems and other graphs. What i noticed is that a lot of the quakes are happening in an area associated with Gas.
The quakes 'swarms' don't fall in a row on any direct fault lines. Instead, they are are spread out in a strange grid like pattern. After looking further, i found that there was a Deviation of an electron beam observed in the particle accelerator ESRF/synchrotron in Grenoble. The question is, was this burst from the quake, or did it actually have play in causing it?
